I. Details of New Customized Cable reel loader winch truck wire rope SINOTRUK HOWO Cable Roller Truck
The cable reeling and releasing vehicle is an important mobile on-site operation equipment in the open pit mine, which is used to complete the on-site cable laying, take-up and cable retaining wall work of the electric shovel and drilling equipment in the open pit mine, and can be used for the collection, release and transportation of cables in the mining area.
The cable reeling truck is generally composed of three parts:
1. Chassis part - to realize walking, installing upper mounting and providing power for upper hydraulic part. SINOTRUK HOWO, FAW, DONGFENG, JAC, NORTH-BENZ, I-SUZU, 6 × 4 Heavy duty chassis is very suitable for the working environment of open-pit mines, with strong adaptability and durability.
2. Cable reeling and releasing, upper retaining wall part - this part is the center of the cable reeling and releasing vehicle, which is fully hydraulically controlled to complete the whole site work of cable reeling and releasing and cable upper retaining wall.
Among them, this part is composed of cable rotary device, cable drum, cable reeling device, cable retracting and releasing operation station, cable retaining wall manipulator and cable gripper.
3. Cable lifting part - grab truck mounted crane, which can be easily operated by two people, with the maximum lifting capacity of 8T, four hydraulic legs at the front and back, and a special gantry hook, which can achieve 360 degree rotation and complete the lifting task of the cable drum.
