Our carbon fiber autoclaves not only control and monitor the vacuum level of each part, but the PLC+PID  control system performs automatic leak tests before and during the run. Each leak test generates a report that becomes part of the permanent data record. Also, our PLC+PID  software includes a 6-step pre-run integrity check process to test and verify that the vacuum system, parts, and part attachments are properly situated before starting the run. This process ensures the lowest risk to your expensive part load.

working principle

Composite  Autoclave molding is a single-sided mold, using a vacuum bag sealed after the negative pressure to pressurize the product, and finally curing molding. The process is as follows: prepare the mold and apply the release agent - lay the reinforcement material - lay the release cloth - lay the pipeline and rubber strip - lay the vacuum bag sealing - curing - release the mold.
 

The advantages of this molding method are low cost, high material utilization rate, wide application range, and stable and reliable process.
