Working Principle
The drum type coconut meat cleaning machine is mainly composed of drum, water tank, frame, motor transmission device, feed hopper and discharge port. After entering the cleaning machine, the materials are soaked and tumbled in the part of the drum immersed in the water tank. Under the joint action of the drum rotation and the drum inner baffle, the materials are rotated and pushed towards the outlet direction. A spray water pipe is set at the upper part of the discharge outlet direction to drench and clean the materials after soaking and cleaning, so as to achieve the purpose of secondary cleaning. The roller surface with regularly distributed elliptical holes can ensure that the fine fragments in the materials will not be caught in the holes or remain in the cleaned materials, so as to achieve the separation effect of impurities and materials
Features
Different from the traditional horizontal drum cleaning machine, the drum of this model adopts conical cable retraction design. The diameter of the drum in the direction of feed port is large and gradually shrinks towards the direction of discharge port.
