1. Solid and rigid. The production technology makes it no welds and joints on the surface, so it is solid and rigid than the welded wire mesh filter element.
2. Corrosion and rust resistance. Galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel metal filter mesh are all corrosion and rust-resistant.
3. Acid and alkali resistance. The stainless steel perforated metal sheets have outstanding chemical and biological stability to be used in a harsh environment.

Metal wire mesh filter elements can be made into tubes for filtering solid, water, and other goods. The perforated metal and expanded metal filter elements are also good support mesh of other filter elements, such as knitted mesh filter elements, carbon filter elements, and other filter elements.
There is the production process of our filter mesh. We can see that we have strict procedures from raw materials to finished products. Dongjie could provide a production visualization service for clients, which ensures customers can grasp the production schedule in time. For packing of metal filter mesh, there are our packing methods: One is packed in a wooden case with plaster film for LCL cargo. The other is in wooden/steel pallet for FCL. Q4: How is your Payment Term?
A4: Generally, our payment term is T/T 30% in advance and the balance 70% against the copy of B/L. Other payment terms we can also discuss.

A5: We always prepare enough stock material for your urgent requirement, the delivery time is 7 days for all the stock material. According to quantity and technology, you are required for the non-stock items to offer you the exact delivery time and production schedule.
