4. Q: Can I make some changes during the production? 
    A: Necessary changes can be made before printing.

5. Q: How do you control the product quality?
    A: We have a set of inspection standards, from raw material inspection, to mid-term inspection, and the final inspection. 
     Each inspection is completed by special personnel to ensure the quality of the final product.

6. Q: What is your lead time? Can you do rush order for me?
    A: Normally our lead time is 15-20 days after order confirmed. Sure, we accept urgent order and deliver your goods on time. 

7. Q: What will you do if the products have a quality problem?
    A: We will give you a replacement or compensation if the quality caused by us.
