It has nearly 30 years of production experience, with annual production capacity of over 20, 000 tons. Our company has been committed to the R&D and production of leaf springs, main products include heavy-duty leaf spring, light-duty leaf spring, semi-trailer leaf spring, truck leaf spring, air-link(Z type). We obtained a number of patents, and successfully passed the IATF 16949: 2016 quality management system certification. In the newly-built Changge plant in 2015, Hengsaier purchased robots and tapering mills for leaf springs, and formed an automotive leaf spring production line with plate shearing, hole-punching, eye-forming, heat treatment, shot-peening, electrophoresis and painting. The spring production line realizes the standardization of the production processes, improving the product quality and production efficiency, and greatly shortens the product lead time.
