Film quality testing system is composed of RM-200C main unit , extruder and film casting machine or film calendering machine.
It adopts precision extrusion and high-performance tape casting/calendering technology. The extrudate leaving the Flat die head or casting die head can be made a thin film or sheet through forming and cooling .Suitable for polymer materials such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PET, PC ,etc .
When an industrial high-speed and high-performance electronic camera was equipped on the film calendering unit or a chill roller unit, a film or tape quality inspection system was constructed. This system can be used to inspect the foreign contamination particles and "fish eye" in the materials. This inspection is important to some high quality membrane material ,for instance the high voltage cable insulation materials .
