Our gravity die casting production line with manual and automatic two functions , it is continuous pouring( 24hours/day)
robot pouring 14 sets gravity casting machines, the cycletime is about 5-8 minutes( can adjustable), just need 1-2 workers to operate .it is for aluminum or copper or brass casting .
Below has our Metal gravity casting production line key component:
1. Robot , one unit . loading 200KG
2. Rotary production line ( round , diameter( 6.8M -11M)
3. Gravity casting machine quantity for one gravity casting line : 14sets -16sets ( Siemens PLC control )
4. Hydraulic power pack , one unit , power:11KW-22KW, save energy.
5. Electric control cabinet , Siemens PLC control system (our own control system)
6. 1-2workers to operate the casting production line
7. It is continous casting ( can be 24 hours working)
