StampingBe equipped with mechanical presses with the capacity of 200 tons - 3 tons, bender, adequate coil feeders and straighter with operators and technicians. The capable of producing parts are brass, steel and stainless steel. Injection MoldingIncluding 200 tons - 50 tons horizontal machines and 50 tons (2-3 oz) vertical injection molding machines. Being capable of producing parts in PP, ABS, PU, POM, Nylon, various combinations with fiber, UV resistance additives and color matching. MachinesTechnicians operating for mills, drillers, lathes, tapping machines, welding are upon request. Deburring and PolishingDeburring equipment such as part washers, vibratory deburring machines, shot peening machines, sand blasting machines and dual head polishing.
