Machine Features
The machine body, column, spindle box and other key parts are made of Meehanna castings, which have a stable organization and maintain the quality permanently. The castings have been analyzed by finite element analysis computer calculation, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement matching, to provide high rigidity of the machine. The casting structure adopts one-piece molding technology, box structure, processing of large-scale pentahedral machining machine, a clamping processing is completed, the machine tool has a high rigidity, high strength, excellent geometric precision. And can ensure the long-term stability and high precision of the machine tool. In order to prevent deformation after machining, the castings are thoroughly annealed, which is favorable to eliminate internal stress.
The base is wide, the column is triangular box structure, heavy load full support design, solid structure, can ensure the heavy load capacity during machining.
The symmetrical design of the left and right sides of the column balances the weight of both sides, which can maintain the stability of the machine accuracy.
The spindle box is reinforced with ribs, and the ratio of the contact length between the spindle box and column is appropriate to provide stable support for the spindle.
The X/Y/Z axes adopt linear guideways with high rigidity, low noise, and low friction, which can be used for rapid traverse and obtain the best rounding accuracy.
Rapid displacement X/Y/Z: 20/20/20m/min.
The 3-axis servo motor adopts absolute value detection, so it is not necessary to do home return every time when machining, which can improve the efficiency, and at the same time, because there is no limit switch, it can reduce the failure rate and increase the reliability of the machine.
The 3-axis servo motor and screw are directly connected by precision coupling, which can eliminate the connection gap and improve the transmission efficiency.
The cutting fluid capacity is up to 350L, which can quickly discharge the cutting heat. The water tank is designed as a double tank and placed inside the machine to save space.
The spindle adopts precision angled ball bearings for high speed and high precision, and the standard speed is up to 8000 rpm. The standard machine adopts high horsepower spindle motor, and high torque motor can be selected when matching with higher torque output.
The front of the spindle adopts labyrinth design and air curtain protection function, which effectively prevents cutting fluid from entering the spindle and damaging the spindle bearings.
