Machine Features
1. This machine bed, column, spindle box and other key parts are used Meehanna (dense baking) castings, stable organization, permanent quality. The castings are analyzed by finite element analysis, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement of the matching, to provide high rigidity of the machine. The casting structure adopts one-piece molding technology, box structure, processing of large-scale pentahedral machining machine, a clamping processing is completed, the machine tool has a high rigidity, high strength, excellent geometric precision. And can ensure the long-term stability and high precision of the machine tool. In order to prevent deformation after machining, the castings are thoroughly annealed, which is favorable to eliminate internal stress.
2. Wide base, triangular box structure column, heavy load full support design, solid structure, can ensure the heavy load capacity during machining.
3. The symmetrical design of left and right, the weight balance of both sides of the column, can maintain the stability of machine accuracy. 4.
4. The spindle box is reinforced with ribs, and the contact length between the spindle box and column is appropriate to provide stable support for the spindle.
5. X/Y/Z axis adopts linear guideway with high rigidity, low noise and low friction characteristics, which can do fast displacement and obtain the best rounding accuracy. 6.
