Application of close baking GC40 (GC275)
Compact baking GC40 is most suitable for casting homogeneous castings with a thickness of 10-15mm. This type of material has dense structure, good strength, proper hardness, low friction coefficient, and self lubrication. Therefore, after surface quenching, it is widely used on workpieces with thermal shock caused by mutual friction between metal surfaces, such as tool body, head seat, table top, cylinder sleeve, etc.
