We specialized in CNC machining while also organizing die casting, punching& stamping and other related services for metal products which used in areas of electronics, medical equipment, lighting, automotive, toys, etc. The environmental-friendly metal materials can be Stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, carbon steel, alloy steel etc. With surface finishes options of electroplating, electrophoresis, galvanizing, black oxide coating, painting, powdering, rust preventive oil, electroplating, anodizing, laser engraving etc. In 2019, we invested one of biggest painting lines in Shenzhen. Our famous customers including HUAWEI, BYD, KINGSUN, HL, KWT, etc., and exported to countries across the world including Japan, USA and Europe, etc. We have 13 sets of automatic CNC machine centers, 10 sets of automatic CNC turning lathe and milling machine with secondary processing equipment of 12sets for drilling and tapping etc. To support strict quality control, we have special testing room with a complete product testing instruments like Japan Nikon brand two dimensional projection detector, hardness tester, Rhos fluorescence spectrometer, salt spray tester, etc. We make customized products according to drawings and samples.
