Carbon fiber pipe, also known as carbon fiber pipe, also known as carbon pipe, is made of carbon fiber composite material pre-impregnated with phenylethylene-based polyester resin and heated, cured, extruded (twisted). Characteristics of carbon fiber pipe
1. High tensile strength: the strength of carbon fiber is 6-12 times that of steel, which can reach more than 3000mpa.
2. Low density and light weight. The density is less than 1/4 of that of steel.
Physical and chemical properties
Carbon fiber tubes have the advantages of high strength, long service life, corrosion resistance, light weight and low density, and are widely used in kites, aviation model aircraft, light supports, PC equipment spindles, etchers, medical devices, sports equipment and other mechanical equipment. A series of excellent properties, such as dimensional stability, conductivity, thermal conductivity, small coefficient of thermal expansion, self-lubrication, energy absorption and seismic resistance. It has high specific modulus, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, etc.
The disadvantage is conductivity (Ω cm - 1.5 × 10-3). The advantage is that it has very good tensile strength (for example, the tensile strength is kg/mm2 - 400 when calculated in the unit of 12000 filaments).
The content of carbon fiber used in the production of carbon fiber pipe directly determines its mechanical performance and value. Carbon fiber pipe has the characteristics of light weight, solid and high tensile strength, but special attention should be paid to electricity protection during use.

A4size Samples are free supplied, customers just need to pay a litter shipping charge.
Q3: How can you guarantee the quality of mass goods is same as the sample sent to me before?
We kept another same sample and marked on company when we sent to customer. So our production
will be based on and also we will test the product before shipment.
Q4: Which package do you use?
Package is important part to avoid goods breaking in transportation. We will choose suitable packing depend on materials.
Package&Storage:
Packed in rolls and in carton; store at room temperature; avoid fire. The storage period is 12 months.
