IMD-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump is widely used in petrochemical industry,acid and alkali making,non-ferrous metal smelting,automobile manufacturing, like acid washing,
pesticide,dye,medicine,papermaking,electroplating,radio etc.
Workable temperature range:-20ºC~100ºC
Product feature:
-Leak-proof design
The shaft seal was cancelled.
Indirect drive by magnetic coupling.It completely eliminates the trouble of dripping and leakage.
-Non-magnetic eddy current
The isolation sleeve of IMD series magnetic drive pump made of new material has high mechanical property,which eliminates the phenomenon of magnetic eddy current in general magnetic pump.
-Easy to maintenance
IMD series magnetic drive pump adopts back-pull structure,so that one person can easily carry out internal maintenance and parts replacement without dismantling the pipe,which greatly facilitates the daily maintenance work.
-Compact structure
Direct coupling structure,magnetic coupling directly installed on the motor shaft,no rolling bearing loss,high efficiency,low noise.

1.The media with magnetic impurities or solid impurities are prohibited conveying by the fluoroplastic magnetic pump.If does, magnetic filter should be used. And it's not suitable to convey the medium that produces a large amount of crystallization after stopping.
2.It's not allowed to work at rated flow of less than 30%.
3.If the density of the media conveyed by the pump is >1400kg/m3, the magnetic coupling should be redesigned accordingly.
4.Max work pressure of the mechanical seal is 2.0Mpa .
5.When conveying media with low conductivity,such as ultra-pure water,organic solvents,relevant measures should be done to release the static electricity produced by the running pump to prevent electrostatic damage.
6.Special medium need be equipped special grinding parts,like Hydrofluoric acd with pressureless sintering of silicon carbie,Nitric acid with ceramis or silicon carbide.
7.The workable temperature range of the fluoroplastic magnetic pump is -20ºC~100ºC, if it's over 100ºC, the high-temperature resistant fluoroplastic and the magnetic coupling will be replaced accordingly.
8.When the external temperature is lower than the critical point of solidification temperature of the conveying medium, heat preservation measures need to be taken
9.Warranty: 12 months.
