Product Description
1. Material and processing technology of main structure and core parts
3A means that the machine tool is 3-axis servo feed, which is lower feed servo feed and 2-axis servo feed of grinding wheel dresser. The lower feed adopts full closed-loop control of Heidenhain grating ruler to ensure the accuracy of feed and retreat cutter. The machine tool can carry out grinding and step shaping grinding, and can automatically compensate after grinding wheel dressing.
The lathe bed is made of high quality cast iron fc30, which has been normalized heat treatment and furan resin sand mold casting. It has good rigidity, precision and wear resistance. The guide rail is equipped with lubricating device and dust-proof baffle. All moving parts are lubricated with lubricating oil and equipped with dust-proof device.
The lower slide plate adopts double Λ type slide rail design to ensure the best stability. Scraping plates are installed at both ends to avoid mud liquid and dust invasion; the dovetail design is adopted for the middle sliding plate, and the conical workpiece can be adjusted and grinded arbitrarily.
The main shaft of grinding wheel and guide wheel is made of sncm-220h material from Japan. After carburizing and heat treatment, the surface hardness is above HRC60 ° and the stability and accuracy of each machine can be maintained after a long time of operation.
The adjusting wheel adopts Taida servo motor and DELTA servo drive to provide accurate stepless speed change, no spindle stall problem, and ensure the workpiece surface roughness and grind out the best product.
2 electrical system
The electronic control components of the machine tool are Schneider products. The electronic components and materials conform to ISO, CE and EMC standards, with long service life, strong anti-interference ability and stable operation. The machine tool is equipped with safety emergency stop and full protection interlocking device, which can ensure the safety of human and machine.
3. Oil pressure system
The grinding wheel spindle and oil pressure pump are interlocked to start. When the lubricating oil pressure does not reach the rated data, the spindle motor cannot be started. Therefore, when the pressure is insufficient or the oil circuit fails, the pressure switch will automatically alarm to stop the spindle operation and protect the spindle and alloy bearing from damage. The oil pump is equipped with overload protection device and can adjust the maximum pressure. The oil temperature radiator can stabilize the lubricating oil temperature of the main shaft, reduce the thermal deformation, prolong the service life of oil seal, alloy bearing and spindle, the oil level can be clearly displayed, and there is a filter screen in the oil tank to protect the oil pump from damage.
Cooling system
The cooling motor adopts proton brand. The machine adopts large capacity water tank and isolation groove inside to ensure enough, clean and constant cooling liquid for grinding wheel, so as to achieve the best surface roughness of grinding workpiece.
