Guarantee Period of two years start from the date of delivery and the concession period is next two years in normal membrane module using environment, the first two years is 100% replacement, the third year at 50% discount (pay 50% of the price),the fourth year at 20% discount (pay 80% of the price) Replacement of membrane in the guarantee period, user or KAHO distributors should offer membrane tube's serial number and the damage reason .It take effect after checked with KAHO personnel.
