Our company is situated in Sian Industrial Park, Sian Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. With over 8 years of experience in the export of textiles, we have been operational since 2013. We specialize in the production of polyester fabric in printed and dyed forms, specifically for bedsheets and mattresses. Our product range includes disperse print fabric, pigment print fabric, solid dyed fabric, embossing fabric, and bubble fabric. We receive orders from both domestic and international markets. We possess nine sets of high-speed texturing machines that process the yarn before it is sent for weaving into gray fabric. We also have 450 sets of water jet looms to further process the gray fabric. Following this, the fabric material undergoes brushing, for which we own two sets of machines - one for plain weave fabric and one for twill weave fabric. After the brushing process, it is sent for printing. We have partnerships with pigment print workshops, disperse print workshops, and dyeing workshops to handle the printing process. Finally, after the printing process, we package our textile fabric differently and arrange for shipment before exporting to global markets.
