Product Introduction

HJ131 It is a smelting type manganese-free high silicon low fluorine flux, white to gray pumice-like particles, with a particle size of 2.0-0.28 mm(10-60Order ).It can be used for both AC and DC, and has good welding processability.

use

It can be used in conjunction with nickel-based welding wire to weld nickel-based alloy thin plate structures. It can also be used in the aerospace industry in conjunction with corresponding welding wires.

Precautions

1.Before welding X   Should be between 300-350 ºCBake for 1.5-3 hours.

2.Impurities such as rust, oil stains and moisture must be removed from the workpiece.
