Cashem Advanced Materials Hi-tech Co., Ltd, which has 98, 950, 000RMB registered capital, was established in 2010, it becomes the first company to specialize in manufacturing PMI foam in China. Now Cashem has the ability to produce 3000 m³ PMI foam every year, the second phase of the project which can provide 5000 m³ Capacity is under construction. Depending on the technology of Institude of chemistry, Chinese Academy of science(ICCAS), Cashem established a R&D team which contains more than 10 masters to focus on the industrialization and serialization study of PMI foam, already get the ability to produce PMI foam from preparation of the raw materials to products application. Company also carried on lots of governmental major project, such as "863" project, the ministry of science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship fund, Major science and technology projects of Zhejiang province (2013, 2017). Cashem passed the quality management system ISO9001, environmental management system ISO14001, occupational health and safety management system certification OHSAS18001 and relevant qualification of defense military industry in 2013. Cascell® Structural foam is 100% closed-cell, rigid polymethacrylimide(PMI)foam, its application fields are as follows: Cascell® WH aerospace structural core material, like rocket fairing, aircraft elevator, wing rafter. Cascell® RS similar to WH, aerospace structural core material, more suitable for liquid resin forming technology; Cascell® HF High frequency and wave type, especially suitable for radar, antenna cover, such as phased array radar; Cascell® IH industrial grade PMI foam, outstanding high cost performance, such as high-speed railway, medical bed board, sports equipment and so on; Cascell® FR Flame retardant PMI foam, combine with high performance and high penetration wave, such as radome, aviation interior, ship, etc;
